This was a conference I attended that was all about discovering and solidifying your identity. I loved the speakers and activities that we were all engaged with during this weekend long event. I actually discovered my love for poetry through this conference as the speaker which spoke on the significance of poetry in terms of personal reflection. This made me recognize how helpful it was in helping yourself to reflect and see what you notice in the world and adjust accordingly.

Your identity as a leader defines the methods you take on to represent yourself because your identity determines your values as a person. This conference helped me find direction in labeling what I find important in order to work towards it .
