After I took the I.D.I. (Intercultural Development Inventory) assessment, I learned much about where I am in the intercultural development continuum and what I could do to improve my stance.

This helped me as a global leader as it helped me to identify where I am and what I need to do to better my skills as one. I am currently in the acceptance phase of this continuum and transitioning into the adaptation phase. In order to reach my goal of adaptation, I decided that I needed to make a goal to reflect deeply on my trip to England and how it impacted my understanding of culture in relation to global leadership.
